Can I add more pages to my site?

You sure can. Each extra page is $60 USD p/m for 12 months. Add them at checkout when you sign up. Or grab them later with our add-a-page link. Just pick how many you need. Every page runs on its own 12-month term, starting the day you add it. So if you add a page in month 9 of your homepage plan, that page keeps going until it hits its own 12 months. Even after your homepage term wraps up. Think of each page as its own little plan. It starts when you add it and finishes when its 12 months are done.

Great question, and one worth answering properly because the platform we build on directly affects how fast your site loads, how good it looks, how easy it is to update, and how long it stays relevant. We build every ProjectOne site on Framer. Here is exactly why: Framer is built for design-first teams. Most website platforms were built for content management first and design second. Framer flips that. It was built by designers, for designers - which means the output looks and feels like a professionally crafted product, not a template with a logo dropped in. Is it really monthly, or do I pay anything upfront?

True monthly. You're not fronting a year of cost disguised as a "monthly" price. You pay in equal monthly installments over the term (~12 months), and hosting is included the whole time. No lump sum, no annual bill, no surprise upfront charge. At the end of the term you choose: refresh and keep going, or take ownership of the site and pay Framer hosting directly. Either way, the site is yours to keep. Built for founders who are still in build mode and want a proper site without an upfront investment cost.

Is this actually custom or just a template?

Fully custom. We design every site specifically for your business in Framer. We won’t retrofit a template to fit your unique business. The only thing consistent across sprints is our process. Everything else is custom-built for you.

How long does the process take?

Accepted Answer

Your sprint will take around 14 working days from start to live site. Once you sign up, we’ll book your sprint for a time that suits you, and once the sprint starts, we’ll get to work, and you’ll get a new site.

When does the sprint start?

Accepted Answer

Once you've signed up, we'll be in touch to schedule a date that suits you. We book a minimum of 3 weeks in advance to give everybody time to prepare. But you can arrange a date beyond that if you like. We recommend choosing a period where you're less busy and have the capacity to respond.

Do you use AI to build the site?

We use AI to help draft your website copy, using our proven StoryBrand storytelling framework. That draft is then edited and refined by our senior copywriter to make sure it sounds like you and meets your goals. The design is 100% human-made, custom, strategic, and built for your brand. While we use smart tools to move faster, we won’t use them to cut corners.

Do I need a logo before I book?

A logo isn’t included in the sprint, but you don’t need to have one sorted to get started. If you already have one, bring it along. If you don’t, you can add our Logo Brand Pack at checkout for $60 USD p/m for 12 months and get a custom logo made just for you.

What's the Logo Brand Pack add-on?

A mini brand identity, built alongside your site. You get one custom logo wordmark concept, the full logo suite in every format and variation, vector source files and a simple style sheet. Plus two rounds of revisions to get it just right. It's $60 USD p/m for 12 months ($720 USD total), added at checkout. Every part of your site's design stems from your brand identity. Start with a strong one, and everything on your site feels like it belongs together.

What if I don’t have photos or content ready?

You don’t need to prepare anything. We write the copy using your onboarding form as a base. For photos, we’ll use your existing assets, handpicked stock imagery, or, if you're local (BC, Canada), we can discuss a custom photography shoot for real shots of you and your business.

Question 12

What happens if I’m on the monthly plan and want to cancel?

Your site goes offline until payments resume. Or you can buy out the remaining months at any point and we’ll transfer the site to you right away.

Question 13

What does “one round of revisions” mean?

Accepted Answer

After we’ve sent you your design and copy, you’ll have 2-3 days to review and send us all of your feedback, all at once. We action everything in one pass so that we’re not going back-and-forth for weeks and delaying your launch.

What’s the guarantee?

Accepted Answer

If you’re not happy with the design direction, you get a full 100% refund. No questions, no hard feelings. We’d rather part ways cleanly than push through something that’s not working. See refund policy.

Question 15

What’s the hosting situation after 12 months?

Accepted Answer

During your 1-year contract with us, hosting is covered. At the end of your plan, we’ll transfer the site to your own Framer account and help you get set up. It’s easy, and takes about 5 minutes. Framer hosting runs around $10 USD/month billed annually depending on what plan you are on and how many pages we end up having towards the end of our term.

Do I need a Framer account?

Not to start. We build it in ours. When the sprint wraps or your 12 months are up, we transfer it over. The whole process is simple and takes about five minutes.
